I ordered my usual size, but the weird part is the fit felt off in more than one way. The waist was tighter than expected, and the length just didn’t sit right either. I would’ve returned it, but the return process felt like too much of a hassle, so I ended up keeping it. It’s a nice idea overall, but the sizing definitely needs some work

The stuff looks fine overall, but for what I paid, I expected the quality to be a little better. Once shipping and the extra costs were added, it felt even less worth it. It’s not terrible or anything, just not really a good value for me.

In my experience, this curtain rod feels really solid. I haven’t noticed any sagging so far, and it gives me the impression that it’ll hold up well.

The shades I got from Kirsch look nice enough, but actually using them has been irritating. One of them keeps sticking halfway, and the cord feels rough every time I try to pull it down. It still works, but not smoothly, which is disappointing for what they cost. I also had to wait longer than I expected to get help, and customer service was polite but didn’t really solve the issue. Since I open and close them every day, it’s become more annoying than I thought it would

The brackets themselves have been fine and went up without any real trouble. After a few weeks, though, I noticed the wand has started to feel a bit loose when I turn it, especially with that little wiggle at the end. It still works, but it does feel a little flimsy...

So the order did eventually show up, which was good, but it was two days late. The tracking also barely updated, so I was kind of just waiting and guessing what was going on. The product itself was fine, no issues there... I just wish the delivery part had been a bit more reliable...

I’ve had it up for a bit now, and it’s still holding up well. No fraying, no weird weak spots, nothing annoying like that. So yeah, not a ton to report, but in a good way, it just feels solid and well made.

I waited for days to hear back, and when they finally replied, the answers were super short and not really helpful at allll. Frustrating experience overall
